The ANGER & CONFLICT MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM is aimed at strengthening our soft-skills – our people skills – when dealing with conflicts or potential conflicts. Conflicts are inevitable, but the more we know about human nature, the better we will be at resolving conflict. The program looks at understanding conflict and specifically develops and deepens some essential steps in anger management.


This program allows team leaders and managers understand human nature better. The better we understand ourselves and our team members, the better our professional working relationship and productivity will be. The program is aimed at

  • Increasing personal understanding:
    The program helps leaders and managers identify personal stressors that can lead to anger or conflict issues. By expanding their awareness of their core stressors, the program will give the managers insights into how they can manage their stressors more effectively.
  • Improving self-knowledge:
    Conflict pushes individuals to examine their goals in detail. It helps them understand the things that are most important to them, sharpening their focus, and enhancing their effectiveness. The program will help managers achieve their own goals without undermining those of other people.

    When conflict is resolved effectively, managers can develop stronger mutual respect, and have a renewed faith in their ability to work together.

  • Defining conflict and basic principles in managing conflict.
  • The use of different options and strategies in conflict management, and examining the causes, stages and impact of conflict.
Session 4: I have the Power… and so do you!

  • Helping develop strategies for managing conflict and finding common ground.
  • Creating synergy by developing mutual understanding and compatibility through dynamic communication.
