Dr Chan has an interesting career as an academic, economic advisor, and entrepreneur. He is Co-Founder, Vice Chancellor and President of HELP University (Malaysia), and is also Co-Founder of HELP International Corporation, which is listed in the Malaysian Stock Exchange
Dr Liow’s career, spanning over 25 years in various industries, focused on multinational corporations and her expertise is in strategic planning, change management, business operations, and supply chain and human resource management.
